Crustless Potato Quiche

5 large eggs
1 (12-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
6 strips of bacon

In a large bowl mix together eggs, thawed hash brown potatoes, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped green onion, creamed cottage cheese, liquid hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.

Meanwhile, cook strips of bacon until crisp; drain and crumble on top.

Makes 6 servings.
