Cream Cheese Frosting for 100

Yield: 2-1/2 quarts (1-1/4 Quarts Per Sheet Cake)

Ingredients Weights Measure
Cheese, cream, softened 4 lb  
Sugar powdered, sifted 3 lb 3 qt
Vanilla   2 tbsp
  1. Cream softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in mixer bowl at low speed 4 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread immediately on cooled cakes.
