Cream Cheese Frosting

(for Pistachio Cake)

1 package Cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 pound Powdered sugar
1/4 pound Butter or oleo
2 teaspoons Vanilla

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend all ingredients together until smooth enough to spread on a cooled cake.

NOTE: Especially good on a Carrot Cake
