Cracked Pepper Bread

12 ounces ginger ale
2 teaspoons black pepper, coarsely ground
3 cups Health Rising Flour*

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Pour into a loaf pan that’s been lightly coated with vegetable oil cooking spray.

Bake for 50 minutes.

* You can substitute self rising flour.
