Corn Salsa

6 cups of roasted corn
2 medium red bell peppers, finely diced
1/2 cup lime juice
1 medium red onion, finely diced
Pinch of garlic
1 tbs. oregano
1 tbs. basil
1 tbs. chopped jalapeño
Salt to taste
1/4 cup olive oil

Mix together and taste
