Coffee Punch

1-1/4 cups sugar
1 gallon strong coffee
1 pint whipping cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened

Stir sugar into hot coffee. Chill thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream and ice cream just before serving.

Makes 5 quarts.

You can add a little vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon to taste if you’d like. I’ve also seen some Hershey’s chocolate added to it!
