2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 english cucumber, cut into chunks 1/2
1 small red onion, chopped
1 red and/or green pepper, cut into chunks
2 celery ribs, chopped
30 ml flat leaf parsley, chopped 2 tbsp
tabasco sauce to taste
2 limes, squeezed
30 ml olive oil 2 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
In a large bowl; combine all vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley.
In a small bowl; combine tabasco sauce, lime juice, oil, salt and pepepr to taste. Pour over vegetables and toss.
