Chicken Salsa

1/4 kg Tomatoes, chopped
1 sprig Spring onions, chopped
4-6 Green chillies, chopped
6-7 Garlic cloves, minced
5 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped finely
2 tablespoon Lime juice
3 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 Onions, chopped

Mix the chicken with vinegar, salt and pepper. Leave it in the marinade for an hour. Now boil it and shred it. Take oil in a pan. Put the garlic and onions and sauté till they change colour. Now add the capsicum and tomatoes and cook until they are soft. Put salt, green chillies, spring onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add the shredded chicken and cook till you get thick gravy. Before serving add the lime-juice and the chopped coriander leaves.
