Cheddar Onion Dip

1 (1.5-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped pimento
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

In medium bowl, blend soup mix, sour cream and then add the remaining ingredients; mixing well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Serve with chips or vegetable crudités.
