4-1/2 ounces fresh garlic
6 ounces capers
1-1/2 tablespoons black pepper
1-1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
4-1/2 tablespoons sugar
6 ounces wine vinegar
4 ounces lemon juice
5 cups vegetable oil
