Caviar Canape

4 silces white sandwich bread
margarine or butter
3 tablespoons finely chopped chives
50 gm whitefish caviar
1 lemon

Trim the crust.

Spread the bread with margarine or butter and press into finely chopped chives.

Cut in triangles.

Put a dab of caviar in center of sandwich and garnish with a piece of lemon.

Instead of sandwich bread tunnbrad or Norrland crispbread may be used.
