Californian Bagel Topper

1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Radishes; diced
1/3 cup Cucumbers; seed, dice
1/4 cup Parsley; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Lemon peel; grated

This is for 4 bagels, halved and toasted. Mix together and serve
