Burning Bush Turkey Parmesan

Source: Burning Bush Restaurant – Gatlinburg, Tennessee

3 ounces sliced turkey
1 tablespoon diced onion
1 ounce mayonnaise
1 ounce Parmesan cheese

Divide and spread each over 1/2 slice of toasted French bread. Heat in 400 degree F oven until slightly brown. Sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.

Yields one serving.
