2 packages frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons grated onion
2 eggs beaten
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
Buttered bread crumbs
Cook broccoli until tender, then drain. Combine soup, onion, eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. Fold until mixed thoroughly. Layer broccoli and sauce in a greased casserole. May add buttered bread crumbs. Place in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
