125 ml blueberry juice 1/2 cup
50 ml olive oil 1/4 cup
50 ml red wine vinegar 1/4 cup
50 ml red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
10 ml prepared dijon mustard 2 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
2 ml dried basil 1/2 tsp
In a small bowl; add juice, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, mustard, pepper and basil. Whisk togethr for approximately 1 minute to blend thoroughly. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake before serving on your favourite salad.
