MEATLOAF:
2 eggs; beaten
2 teaspoons salt
3 slices bread; crumbled
1 carrot; grated
675 g lean minced beef
170 ml milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 onion; chopped
100 g cheddar cheese; grated
GLAZE:
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey mustard
4 tablespoons ketchup
Mix meatloaf ingredients together and pat down into a loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread on meatloaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 180 C / 350 F/ Gas 4. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
