Bernice Potatoes

6 large potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 large onion, peeled, cut in half & sliced
5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can condensed mushroom soup
125 ml milk or cream
– salt & pepper to taste –
– garlic powder to taste –
– paprika –

In a greased casserole dish; layer potatoes, onions and mushrooms. Season each layer with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Finish with potato slices.

In a small saucepan; heat soup and milk (not boiling). Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
