Beer Cheddar Cheese Bread

1-1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon onion flakes or minced onion
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup beer, flat
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Bake at 350F, 50 to 60 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center Comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.

Makes 1 loaf.
