Beef Pot Pie

10 potatoes
1 lb. steak
1 large onion

Sauce:
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons beef bouillon

Crust:
1-1/3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
3 tablespoons water

Boil potatoes and dice. Bake steak and dice. Saute chopped onion. Combine in a baking dish.

To prepare sauce:
Melt butter, add flour, milk and bouillon. Use whisk to mix. Pour sauce in baking dish with other ingredients.

Crust:
Prepare crust as you would a pie crust. Use butter flavored Crisco. Bake at 425 degrees about 30 minutes or until crust is done.
