Basil Pesto

4 liters basil packed in oil
1 kg walnuts (chopped)
3 lb peeled garlic (minced)
4 cups grated Parmesan
2 ounces p/c black pepper
8 ounces white sugar

Puree ingredients together.
Add walnuts at end
