6-12 split pig feet

Wash pig feet. Lightly season with Cajun seasoning. Place evenly in pan. Add one cup water, cover tightly with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove excess liquid. Baste with Kraft K. C. style Bar-b-que sauce. Cover and cook one additional hour or until desired tenderness.
Optional: May use crushed red pepper for extra flavoring, or for pickled flavor add 1/2 cup vinegar with bar-b-que sauce.
