Banana Almond Muffins

Wet Mix:
1/4 cup sour milk
1/3 cup softened margarine
2 eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Dry Mix:
1 cup bread flour
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup almonds, sliced and toasted

Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients and mix well. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Makes 12.
