1 slice bacon (dice and fry out)
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
Salt and pper to taste
1 head lettuce, torn up
Put lettuce in salad bowl and top with bacon bits.
In bacon grease add remiining ingredients and cook until egg is cooked.
Pour hot mixture over lettuce.
