2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons oil
Combine all ingredients and beat 30 seconds. Fill 2-inch muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 12 minutes in a 400 degree oven. When done, roll in melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
