Almond Pastry

1 cup Flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons water

Mix and divide into half and pat into 2 strips 13×2 inch on an ungreased cookie sheet.

1 cup flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon almond extract

Bring water and margarine to a boil and add almond Extract and flour (all at once). Add 3 eggs (one at a time stirring after each). Place half of this mixture on each pastry bottom. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool. Frost with a mixture of butter, confectionery sugar, and almond extract. Slice diagonally into 3/4 inch strips.
