Almond Chicken Salad

125 ml toasted almonds, sliced 1/2 cup

500 ml cooked chicken, cubed 2 cup

250 ml peas 1 cup

50 ml celery, finely diced 1/4 cup

20 ml onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp

10 ml lemon juice 2 tsp

175 ml ranch flavoured salad dressing 3/4 cup



In a large bowl; combine almonds, chicken, peas, celery and onion. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add salad dressing to toss.



Serves 4
