Ailloli Sauce

1 small lump of bread soaked in milk
10 garlic cloves, peeled
2 egg yolks
salt
pepper
3/4 pint olive oil
1 teaspoon wam lemon juice

(for boiled beef, or fish, or vegetables)

Squeeze out the bread. Pound it in the mortar with the garlic. Add egg yolks; then salt and pepper. With a fork, mix in the olive oil, drop by drop. Finish by stirring in the lemon juice.
