Raisin Sauce for Hot Baked Ham

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
4 tablespoons vinegar (I always use apple cider vinegar)
1/2 cup raisins
1-1/2 cups hot water

Add all ingredients to hot water and cook over low heat until slightly thick and well blended. Serve over hot baked ham. (Sweet spiced vinegar from pickles may be used, or half spiced vinegar and half plain vinegar.)
