Bechamel Sauce

1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
3-1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoon fresh cream
salt, white pepper, pinch nutmeg

Melt the butter and add the flour. Cook stirring 1 minute over medium high heat. Add the milk stirring vigorously not to form lumps, until sauce thickens. Add the cream ,salt, pepper and nutmeg . Turn down heat and cook 3 more minutes stirring often. If you want a thicker sauce add more flour and butter
