Barbeque Packet Potatoes

1 small onion, thinly sliced in rings
4 medium red potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
25 ml olive or vegetable oil 2 tbsp
5 ml seasoned salt 1 tsp
15 ml fresh dill weed, chopped 1 tbsp
1 ml pepper 1/4 tsp

Preheat BBQ grill to medium-high. Spray the centre of a sheet of foil with cooking spray. Spread onion on foil sheet. Layer potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, dill weed and pepper. Wrap and seal foil to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation. Grill 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill.
