8 medium russet potatoes, cooked & mashed
125 g cream cheese 4 oz
125 ml plain yogurt 1/2 cup
15 ml onion salt 1 tbsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
15 ml butter 1 tbsp
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Stir ingredients into mashed potatoes and put in a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
