1 lb cubed meat (2 cups)
1 onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 398ml (14 fl oz) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoon flour
pepper to taste
2 carrots, chopped (1/2 cup)
2 stalks celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
3 potatoes, diced (3/4 cup)
1 zucchini squash, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 398ml (14 fl oz) can tomatoes
1 398ml (14 fl oz) can kidney beans (optional)
Brown meat in pan with chopped onion and garlic.
Drain fat and stir in tomato sauce and flour.
Stir in pepper, carrots, calery, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and kidney beans.
Bring to a boil then cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
