3 ounce fettuccine noodles
1/4 cup sliced scallions
3 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley
3 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoon finely julienned orange rind
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon rice wine
2 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoon dark Oriental sesame oil
2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
In a large pot of boiling water, cook fettuccine 10 to 12 minutes, until al dente; drain in colander. In medium bowl, combine noodles with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. This may be served hot or cold.
