2 Whole Chicken Breasts (Split, Boned, Skinned)
1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce particularly Del Monte
1-1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt, onion powder and sugar
1 2 1/4-oz can of sliced ripe olives, drained
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder, and sugar. Pour over chicken, cover, and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Top with olives and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered for 10 minutes. Designed for oven-to-table service.
