1/2 pound lowfat turkey sausage
1 15.5-ounce navy beans w/liquid
1 large onion, sliced
1 15.5-ounce pinto beans w/liquid
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups water
2 cups sliced, peeled carrots
Slice sausage into rounds 1/4 inch thick, fry until brown. Add onion to sausage and continue cooking until onion is brown. Drain grease from pan. Add the rest of the ingredients to the sausage-onion mixture. Cover and simmer 45-60 minutes.
