German Pancakes

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup milk
6 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 400F (205C)..

Combine flour, milk, eggs and vanilla beating until smooth.

In a 9x13x2-inch pan pour melted butter until bottom of pan is coated. Pour batter over the melted butter.

Place pan in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until pancake is puffed and golden.

Makes 4 servings.
