Castle Rock Bed-N-Breakfast

Cut bacon into small strips and fry. Drain and set aside.
Mix together the following:
2 egg yolks beaten
1 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons salad oil
Beat until smooth. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff and then fold into batter. Add bacon bits to batter and cook in waffle griddle.
