Kartoshnik (Potato Cake)

3 large potatoes, peeled and cut in quarters
5 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup grated, Swiss cheesed olives
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped up fine

Chopped green pepper or celery may also be added if you like. Blend all ingredients together. Serve on lettuce.
