1 1/2 ounces Myer’s Platinum Rum
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 handful (around 10) fresh cranberries
5-7 large mint leaves
Seltzer Water
Muddle the cranberries and mint in the lime juice and simple syrup. Add the rum and ice and shake briefly. Pour into a highball glass. Top with a splash of seltzer water and garnish with two fresh cranberries skewering a mint sprig, as to look like mistletoe.
