Chicken Rice Soup for 100

Servings: 100 Portions (6 1/4 Gallons)
Portions: 1 Cup Each

6 1/4 gallon Chicken Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
4 cups (1 lb 12 oz) steamed rice, prepared, cooked
season to taste

Cook rice according to directions on the “Steamed Rice” recipe; add to chicken stock; cover; bring to a boil; season to taste.
