Servings: 1 Gallon
2 quart (4 lb.) Beans, refried, canned
3 cups (1 lb 8 oz) Butter or margarine, softened
1-1/2 quart (1 lb 8 oz) Cheese, Cheddar, grated
1 tablespoon (3 cloves) Garlic, dry, minced
1/2 cup (4 oz) Onions, dry, minced
10 Peppers, pickled, jalapeño
5 tablespoon Juice from peppers
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese melts and mixture is warm. Serve warm with corn chips.
