Carrot Raisin Salad for 25, 50, 75 or 100

 

Ingredients Measurement 25 50 75 100
Pineapple, Diced Cups 2 4 6 8
Carrots, Grated Cups 8 16 24 32
Raisins Cups 1 1 1 1
Plain Yogurt Cups 1 1 1 1
Plain Salad Dressing Cups 1 1 1 1

Drain pineapple. Save the juice. Wash, peel and grate the carrots. Add raisins and mix. Mix yogurt, salad dressing and pineapple juice. Pour over salad, stir, chill and serve.
