Simmered Polish Sausage for 100

Portions: 2 Polish Sausage Each

200 each (25 lb) Polish sausage
2-1/2 gallon water

Place Polish sausage and water in steamjacketed kettle or stock pot. Cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Drain. Cut links in 4-inch lengths

NOTE:
Potatoes, carrots or sauerkraut may be cooked with sausages.
