Quick Cranberry Frosting

1 cup Jellied cranberry sauce
1 Egg white
Dash salt
1 teaspoon Almond extract
2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Combine ingredients and beat with rotary beater or electric mixer until frosting stands in peaks. Pile atop angel or sponge cake and serve.
