4 loin pork chops
750 ml frozen hash brown potatoes 3 cup
175 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 3/4 cup
125 ml sour cream 1/2 cup
In lightly greased skillet; brown pork chops. Place in lightly greased baking dish (9 in / 23 cm).
In a medium bowl; combine potatoes, cheese and sour cream. Spread over pork chops. Bake, covered, in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Broil for a few minutes or until topping is golden.
