(Chicken or Pork)
1/4 cup light soy sauce or tamari
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh or canned crushed pineapple (packed in it’s own juice)
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon minced ginger
2 garlic cloves minced.
I let this one soak overnight and the taste is just fantastic. This one is my favorite.
