Whole Wheat Cranberry Bread for ABM

4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1-3/4 cups white flour
1-1/2 tablespoons gluten
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 teaspoons dry lemon peel
1-1/2 teaspoons dry orange peel
1 cup whole cranberries, chopped coarse
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
4 tablespoons buttermilk powder
1-1/4 cups water

Chop cranberries. Drizzle with Maple syrup and stir together. Follow your ABM mfg.’s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
