Zucchini Oat Bread for ABM

2-2/3 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/4 teaspoons ginger
1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat bran
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons gluten
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 egg whites (room temp)
1 cup water, warmed
1 cup grated zucchini, warmed
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped

Follow bread maker mfg.’s directions for preparation.
