Sourdough Peasant Bread for ABM

1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
2-1/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup warm water
1-1/4 teaspoons sugar
1-1/8 cups sourdough starter
