4 chicken pieces 4
4 large potatoes, cut into wedges 4
50 ml bottled zesty italian dressing 1/4 cup
50 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup
Place chicken and potatoes in lightly greased baking dish (13 x 9 in / 33 x 23 cm). Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
